There are a minimum number of people that must participate to make these activities available. The number of people required and the total cost is listed with each event. It is critical that we receive your registration form promptly because all activities must be prepaid and the number of participants confirmed before February 9, 2010! No refunds for activities will be given after February 19th. You will be notified if any of these activities must be cancelled, and your fees refunded. On-site registration for activities will be based on availability and an additional processing fee will apply. Please note that if you sign up for an activity on site during the Meeting and there is availability, you must present a credit card or the cost will automatically be charged to the credit card number we have on file.

Deep Sea Fishing Excursion
Sunday, March 14
12:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Cost per Person: $260
No lunch is provided so plan to have lunch before the excursion begins. Assorted beer, soft drinks and water on-board boat.
Minimum Number of People Required: 6 (There is a maximum of six participants per boat.)
The fishing requires a minimum of six participants per boat registered by February 9th to commence. Registrations are secured in order – i.e., first six are guaranteed a boat, the next six are guaranteed, etc. If a boat does not fill, we will advise the participants and refund all fishing fees.
The subtropical beauty and bounty of the Gulf of Mexico provides excellent year-round action for anglers whether it is bottom-fishing for grouper and snapper, to a major test of strength with cobia, amberjack, shark and goliath grouper. Fisherpeople will leave the Resort at 12:30 p.m. and return at 5:30 p.m.
Golf at Naples Grande Golf Club

Rental Clubs: $55
Experience the exhilaration and challenge of one of the world's most revered games, on the links of the Naples Grande Golf Club. Test your handicap on the meticulously manicured fairways. The pristine greens, designed by acclaimed golf architect Rees Jones, offer a challenge to players at every level. Tee off and take in the brilliant panoramic views of native Florida pine hammocks, live oak and grand cypress trees. Navigate through meandering natural waterways, which serve as a signature feature of this award-winning golf resort. You should plan to be at the course by 12:00 p.m. If you need transportation to the course, please advise VI Headquarters (dsmith@kellencompany.com).
For the men, the dress code is collared shirts (no t-shirts), long pants or Bermuda length shorts. No cutoffs, denim or swim trunks are allowed. For the women, dresses, skirts, slacks, golf shorts and blouses must be worn. Women may wear sleeveless shirts as long as they have a collar or collarless shirts as long as they have sleeves. Metal spikes are not allowed at the Naples Grande Golf Club.
If you need rental clubs, it is imperative that you indicate this on the Registration Form as the golf course has limited sets available and may not be able to accommodate last minute requests.
Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary Tour

Minimum Number of People Required: 15
The 11,000-acre Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary is a natural system managed by the National Audubon Society to maintain the native plants and animals found here and to preserve the natural processes that have been occurring for thousands of years. Pine flatwood, wet prairie, pond cypress, marsh, lettuce lakes and bald cypress forest are just a sampling of some of the sights and distinct environments you might see along the way. Native birds, reptiles, mammals, insects and a variety of indigenous plants including wild orchids may be seen from the boardwalk.
