  • All faxed registrations must include a valid credit card number and cardholder signature. The Vinegar Institute now accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
  • A completed Registration Form and full payment must be received by January 19th to take advantage of the Early Bird Fee.
  • All registrations must be in writing and will not be processed without payment.  Registration fees are refundable through February 9th less a $100 processing fee.  After February 9th, cancellation fees increase to $500 and become non-refundable after February 19th.  No activity refunds will be given after February 19th, unless the activity is cancelled due to lack of participants.
