All faxed registrations must include a valid credit card number and cardholder signature. The Vinegar Institute now accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
A completed Registration Form and full payment must be received by January 19th to take advantage of the Early Bird Fee.
All registrations must be in writing and will not be processed without payment. Registration fees are refundable through February 9th less a $100 processing fee. After February 9th, cancellation fees increase to $500 and become non-refundable after February 19th. No activity refunds will be given after February 19th, unless the activity is cancelled due to lack of participants.
