General Information

There is nowhere else you can effectively network with key players in the vinegar industry than at the VI Annual Meeting.  Each year, vinegar manufacturers and the valuable suppliers to this industry get together for three days to review key issues impacting their businesses, and the 2011 Annual Meeting is no different!

The 2011 Meeting will be held at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, in Key Biscayne, Florida.  You will not want to miss presentations regarding Possible Health Claims for Vinegar, an Economic Update and a World Wine and Grape Supply Update.  Other topics include From Green to Greenwashing:  How Food Companies are Succeeding (and Failing) at Market Sustainability and Best Practices in Energy & Carbon Management.  There will also be numerous networking opportunities.
