General Information

There is nowhere else you can effectively network with key players in the vinegar industry than at the VI Annual Meeting.  Each year, vinegar manufacturers and the valuable suppliers to this industry get together for three days to review key issues impacting their businesses, and the 2012 Annual Meeting is no different!

The 2012 Meeting will be held at the Hotel del Coronado in Coronado, California.  You will not want to miss presentations regarding Packaging Trends in Europe and the U.S., Scientific Work on Vinegar and Acetic Acid Bacteria and Vinegar as a Diet Strategy to Manage Blood Glucose.  Other topics include an Economic and Ethanol Update and Vinegar Retail Trends.  There will also be numerous networking opportunities.
