CBS' "The Early Show" - Vinegar Mentioned as a Natural Cleaner
On today's CBS' "The Early Show," Urvashi Rangan, director of technical policy at Consumer Reports magazine provided an overview on "all natural" cleaning products, including concerns with verifying "all natural" claims.   She noted that all-natural products, such as shampoos and moisturizers, have begun to carry a new seal from the Natural Products Association (NPA), a non-profit watchdog group, though noted that they are not a government-run group.  

Ms. Rangan indicates that there are also homemade all-natural cleaners available, such as vinegar and baking soda.  She notes, "It might not be as powerful, but it's much safer."  To read the online article (which includes a link to the video segment on "The Early Show," click here.
